1. Purpose:
ZY45 type compressed oxygen self rescue device is a personal respiratory protective device that uses compressed oxygen as the gas source and isolates closed-loop circulation. It is mainly used for on-site personnel to quickly wear it when toxic and harmful gas pollution and oxygen deficiency suffocation disasters occur in coal mines or environmental air, to protect normal breathing and escape from the disaster area.
2. Characteristics:
a、 The breathing method adopts a dual loop cycle, with each breathing channel being unidirectional. Compared with the reciprocating breathing method, its advantages are low resistance, no dust inhalation, no choking, low inhalation temperature, comfort, safety and reliability.
b、 There are three oxygen supply methods: quantitative oxygen supply, automatic supply oxygen supply, and manual supply oxygen supply. Greatly improving the safety and reliability of respiratory protection.

Working Principle:
When using the self rescue device, rotate the gas cylinder valve counterclockwise, and high-pressure oxygen will be reduced from the oxygen cylinder through the pressure reducing valve, entering the airbag at a rate of ≥ 1.2L/min. Remove the hand from the air supply pressure plate and stop the maintenance. When the respiratory system is under negative pressure, the air pressure plate contracts inward, compressing the air supply rod to open the air supply mechanism. Oxygen is injected into the airbag at a rate of ≥ 60L/min. When the airbag inflates, the air pressure plate leaves the air supply rod and the air supply stops. If the air pressure in the respiratory system exceeds the exhaust pressure of the exhaust valve, gas will overflow from the exhaust valve. When inhaling, oxygen in the airbag enters the human body through the mouthpiece. When exhaling, the gas enters the purification tank through the exhalation hose. The carbon dioxide in the gas is absorbed by the CO2 absorbent placed in the purification tank, and the remaining gas enters the airbag, forming a respiratory cycle.
